Parts suppliers & Repair shop links that we use for service

These are the recommended businesses we use for parts and service.  You can purchase parts at other locations, but we try to stay with national chains.  When you are purchasing a part or having a part replaced, we prefer to have lifetime warranty parts installed.  If needed we will pay the price difference from the everyday part to the lifetime warranty part.  We ask that you get a duplicate receipt for us to have on file for the vehicle.  If a shop replaces a part, we ask the you get a parts receipt for the part, that way if it needs to be replaced we have verifcation it was purchased.  Please let us know before you do repairs so we can verify if that part is a lifetime warranty part. As we have repairs done across the U.S., we will start a locater page for repair shops that have done an excellant job for us.  There are also several churches that have good mechanics who are willing to work on missionary vehicles.  As these are supplied to us, we will ad them also.

BMTM

BMTM has an account with O'reilly's.  When you contact us with a vehicle problem we can get you our account number, you will use your last name as the PO number.  We are tax exempt through them and we recieve a discount on behind the counter parts.  We will work out the details of purchases with you.

BMTM does not currently have an account set up with AutoZone.  We are working to set up an account that can be used nationwide.

BMTM does not currently have an account set up with CARQUEST.  If we need to fax a tax exempt form to them for purchases, please let us know.  We are currently working out details for a nationwide account.

BMTM has six vehicles with AAMCO Lifetime warranty transmissions in them.   AAMCO is nationwide, and does require that these three vehicles have a check-up done on them once a year.  We have the warranty papers on file with us, along with being with each vehicle.

BMTM currently uses Certified for  transmission fluid changes and check ups done on vehicles that don't have AAMCO Transmissions.  If a vehicle has a AAMCO Transmission then all transmission work will be done through AAMCO. Certified is currently in a four state area, but ships transmissions all across the U.S.
